We wanted to share a few wedding photos from Jackie & Tony’s Narnia Estate wedding that we photographed back in October! Narnia Estate in Lemont, Illinois is simply breathtaking with its beautiful mansion, classic statues everywhere, gorgeous gardens, and small private lake.
Jackie’s dream was to have a fairy-tale wedding and she had to work hard for it. Besides getting all of the details for the wedding she had to research different religions to pray to every god possible to have amazing California weather on their wedding in Illinois. As we were leaving the hotel where Jackie & Tony were getting ready, Gus (Jackie’s father) pulled us aside and told us to be prepared for the amazing surprise he had planned for Jackie…a beautiful white horse carriage to take her from the mansion to the gardens where the ceremony was held! When Jackie saw the white horse carriage she was truly speechless and in tears.
Jackie being an actress and Tony a musician living in California pulled of an unforgettable ceremony! When exchanging vows it was so emotional that it brought every one to tears. Jackie had another surprise in store for her…Tony shared his vows through a song he had written for her. Tony’s band members were his groomsmen so when the time came to say the vows they performed Tony’s love song all together.
After the beautiful ceremony we took some more photos of Jackie & Tony and headed to the reception. As you can see in the photos below the decoration was truly spectacular with a lot of details and beautifully coordinated in style and colors. We especially loved the table with wedding photos of Jackie & Tony parents, grandparents, and grand grand parents. It showed us again how important wedding photos are to many generations after us. We literally could not stop admiring the old photos:)
Once the party was over, Jackie & Tony impressed us even more! After many hours of partying and dancing they were still up for few more photos. So Amy's crew from One Fine Day Productions (Amy filmed this wedding) and us spent another hour videotaping and taking incredible photos at Narnia. We photographed so much that I practically ran our of memory cards:) The last photo we took at 2am was the last space on my memory cards. Ha, that means that I took over 4,000 photos! It was really hard to select the best ones, so I hope you don't mind so many photos posted below from this beautiful Narnia Estate Wedding :0
